Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with Unbelieva-wool you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
Unbelieva-wool own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Unbelieva-wool website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions. Occasionally this website may also include links to other websites. Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Unbelieva-wool you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect size or colour). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
Payment
PayPal is our main payment method – you can pay with your PayPal account, or by card through that system. To pay by card, you don’t need to have an account with PayPal to purchase. If purchasing through Etsy, Unbelieva-wool also offers Direct Checkout.
Please ensure the address stated on your PayPal account is the address you’d like your order delivered to, if it’s not, please specify in writing within 2 days of placing your order.
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Unbelieva-wool. Unbelieva-wool must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Shipping
Postage for all orders is charged at cost. All items will be posted via Royal Mail.
Turn around – 3-5 working days for in stock, 2-3 weeks for custom or a club purchase.
It is Royal Mail’s policy to sometimes leave packages with a neighbour should you be out when delivery is attempted, they may also leave it in a safe place or return to the sorting office. There will be a red card left in these cases.
Should your order not arrive, please contact Unbelieva-wool, a full refund will be offered once 15 days has elapsed. This is due to Royal Mail policy on items classed as lost.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.
Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.
You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form (email is fine). We will then process your return. To [here the trader’s name, geographical address, and where available, fax number and e-mail address are to be inserted by the trader]:

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid by Unbelieva-wool.
Returning Custom Items:
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Unbelieva-wool. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Your information
When you register on our website to purchase products, we ask for data such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, and contact details. Unbelievawool keeps a record of this information for tax purposes and for ensuring we fulfil our contract with you.
The only personal information we hold is what customers provide to us when they place an order on our website or sign a contract. We share it with nobody outside of our legal tax obligation purposes, however it is stored on relevant systems such as cloud systems, Google Drive, Couriers (to pass addresses to), and accounting systems which are GDPR compliant. If we are required by law to share any information, we will check with each party concerned to ensure they are happy for that to happen. An example of this would be if HMRC requested an audit.
We store sensitive data for as long as customers remain active clients. Information required for tax and legal requirements are held for 7 years as a requirement by law. We keep a record of any orders you make from us, so we can help to deal with any enquiries or problems you may have in the future, and so we can ensure that any information that we send to you is appropriate. Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose
or those purposes. We keep a record of any e-mail communication you send us for 1 year, so we can
track any problems or concerns you’ve had. In addition to personal information, our website uses Google Analytics to ensure we are meeting your customer needs. Google Analytics stores usage data which may
include your IP address, geographical location, referral source, length of visit and page views – although a lot of this is aggregated data. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest for the basis of ensuring we are meeting customer needs. We may process information you submit to us when you contact us for the purposes of ensuring we answer your query effectively.
Unbelievawool kindly request that you do not supply any other person’s personal data to us, unless required by law or you have their explicit consent to do so.
How we use your personal data
All the data we gather via our website or through communication with you is used to operate and expand the service we offer you and to personalise our service. How we use your personal data is dependent on the legal basis for processing your data. We are dedicated to using your personal data only for:

How we protect data
You recognise that the Internet is not a 100% secure platform for communication and, accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you send to us (orwe send to you) via the Internet. We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information. We take every precaution to safeguard your information. All personal data stored by
us is kept on a server in a secure environment. The computer on which data is accessed on is password protected, data held in the cloud is password protected and held on encrypted systems and third-party software have their own security systems. Physical data is held in locked storage within secure premises.
The risks of a breach are minimal due to the precautions mentioned above being taken, and close monitoring is undertaken to ensure security systems are always up to date. Breaches will be identified, reported, managed, and resolved according to the ICO guidelines.

Please bear in mind that whenever you willingly divulge personal data online in nonprotected situations – for example on message forums, through email, or in chat spaces – that data can be collected and used by others.
